41% of Montrealers are still undecided:
Futur Montréal is ready to lead them into the future
Montreal, September 9, 2025 – The latest Léger poll confirms what we've been hearing on the ground for weeks: nearly half of Montrealers remain undecided about who should lead our city. This isn't a sign of apathy; it's a cry for change.
"41% of Montrealers are undecided. This is not just a number, it is the pulse of a city looking for a new direction," said Jean-François Kacou, head of Futur Montréal.“The old parties have had their chance. Montrealers are tired of broken promises and broken systems. Future Montreal is the only real alternative that puts citizens first.”
The poll places the traditional parties in the lead, but none has managed to win the trust of Montrealers. With 18% for Soraya Martinez Ferrada, 15% for Luc Rabouin, and 7% for Craig Sauvé, the conclusion is clear: no one has succeeded in building a majority vision for the future of our city.
And according to the same survey, nearly 61% of Montrealers have not yet chosen a candidate. This is more than a statistic; it's proof that a majority of citizens are still looking for leadership they can believe in. Futur Montréal is determined to be that choice.
Futur Montréal is committed to filling this void with pragmatic solutions, renewed leadership and a shared vision for all Montrealers.
Our priorities for Montreal
With less than two months to go until the election, Futur Montréal is stepping up its campaign on the ground, meeting voters where they are: at their doors, in their neighborhoods and online.
This election will not be decided by yesterday's parties. It will be decided by the 61% of citizens ready to turn the page. And Futur Montréal is the movement that will lead them forward.
